formulier, waarmee je online petities kunt indienen. Het

kost niets, en je kunt ze alles vragen, zonder dat de

Nederlandse justitie je daarvoor vervolgt.

Ik heb het EP gevraagd om Beatrix af te zetten. Hier is de

tekst van de petitie, die ik per brief opstuurde, maar het

kan ook via de website.

IMPEACHMENT OF QUEEN BEATRIX OF THE NETHERLANDS

I petition the European Parliament:

to condemn the mass murders, kidnappings, torture and rapes

committed by Jorge Horacio ZORREGUIETA as a member of the

military regime in Argentina between 1976 and 1981;

to condemn the refusal of the Netherlands college of public

prosecutors, led by the aristocrat J.L. DE WIJKERSLOOTH DE

WEERDESTEIJN, to prosecute him, because his daughter Máxima

ZORREGUIETA will marry the Crown Prince of the Netherlands;

to condemn Beatrix VAN AMSBERG-VAN LIPPE-BIESTERFELD, Queen

of the Netherlands, for inviting Jorge Horacio ZORREGUIETA

to her palace at Den Haag (The Hague) in November 2000, for

protecting him from arrest, and for granting him de facto

immunity from prosecution in the Netherlands;

to condemn this interference in the judicial process by the

monarch, and the fear of the public prosecutors to offend

the Queen, as remnants of a feudal mentality which has no

place in modern Europe;

to establish a special procedure for the removal from office

(impeachment) of hereditary monarchs in Europe, and to

remove from office (impeach) Beatrix VAN AMSBERG-VAN

LIPPE-BIESTERFELD, Queen of the Netherlands;

to declare invalid the military oath of loyalty in the

Netherlands, and to call on the members of the armed forces

and police forces in the Netherlands to disobey any orders

to protect Jorge Horacio ZORREGUIETA.
